Feedback provided on this form will inform the division’s future implementation efforts.
In February 2024, the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission adopted a rule to establish fees for greenhouse gas emissions to fund the Air Pollution Control Division's ongoing work to address climate change. This webinar will include an overview presentation and opportunity to provide feedback on the GHG fee program.
Please note that the Division has no authority to affect statutory language, including: the obligation to collect fees to support the indirect and direct costs required to develop and administer the programs established pursuant to Article 7 (state air act) that pertain to emissions of greenhouse gases.
