Eliot Chapel Nursery School Registration 2024-25
Please fill out this form to register for the 2024-2025 school year.  An $80 registration fee is required from all families to hold a spot.  The registration fee will be added to your next statement if you are a current family.  

If you are a returning family or a new family, please pay the $80 registration fee + Tuition Deposit via check or venmo @ECNS216.

Registration opens to current and returning families on Monday, January 8 at 8:00am.  Registration opens to new families on Monday, January 22 at 8:00am.  All forms will be time stamped and processed in the order they are received.
