Request for Engage Event Approval
Thank you for your interest in hosting an Engage Event! Please complete this form to request approval. Your event must address and develop ONE OR MORE EMU CORE VALUES. Your event must also be OPEN TO ALL UNDERGRADS. The EMU Engage Committee will review and respond to your request via email. 

If you are seeking to host a Breakout Gathering (small gatherings on select Wednesday mornings from 10:15-11:05am), then your event must address the specific theme for that Wednesday in some way. Breakout Gathering dates and themes for Fall 2025 are:
- Sept 10: College Success/Belonging
- Sept 17: College Success/Belonging
- Sept 24: Environemental Sustainability
- Oct 8: Faith & Meaning
- Oct 29: Power & Equity
- Nov 5: Intercultural Understanding
- Dec 3: Miscellanious (theme can be anything)
