Despite winning our election last year by an overwhelming majority, NYFA administration is stalling the negotiations for our contract and is breaking the law by outsourcing our jobs and making unilateral changes to our healthcare.
It’s time for us to remind NYFA that they are legally obligated to bargain with us in good faith over changes to our working conditions and to make good on their promises to reach an agreement on a contract quickly.
Join faculty & staff for a rally on campus 10/20 at 11:40 am to hold NYFA accountable and demand that they begin bargaining with us in good faith. The more of us who attend, the more effectively we will be able to negotiate for real improvements and protections at NYFA.
