Please make 3 choices from the option choices in questions 4 to 8. If you are NOT selecting a subject from a block you need to tick the "I am not selecting a subject from BLOCK X" option.
All pupils in Years 12 & 13 study the Skills Challenge Certificate (Welsh Baccalaureate) and the group you study it in will be allocated by the school depending on your choice of AS-Level or Level 3 BTEC courses made in questions 4 to 8 below.
All classes are subject to availability, if pupil numbers are not viable a subject may be withdrawn.
The entry requirement for studying Level 3 courses in the CVC is 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades A*-C
 Where applicable, you must also achieve the entry requirements for the individual course.
Unless stated otherwise, the subject will be taught at St John Baptist (ACS - Aberdare Community School, MACS - Mountain Ash Comprehensive School)
All subjects are A-level, unless BTEC Level 3 is stated
This form should be completed by 9am Monday 14th March 2022.
