The Black Voices Project looks to highlight black voices in the St. Louis area, community members, leaders, students, and activist alike, centrally focused on the 2014 protests following the death of Michael Brown. The interview also examines more generally, perspective of policing and political representation in Ferguson and St. Louis. Participation requires a one on one discussion based interview that would take approximately 30 minutes. We are looking to create a digital archive of photos and quotes from interviews with Black voices, to redefine the narrative of Ferguson and St. Louis.
