Designed to help awaken the Kundalini energy (connection to life force) and allow it to rise through the chakras (energy centers in the body), Kundalini allows students to reach higher states of consciousness and self-realization.

- Kriyas: A set of physical exercises & sequences designed to work on different aspects of the body, mind, and spirit.
- Pranayama: Breathing techniques that help regulate energy and focus the mind.
- Meditation: A practice to help achieve a heightened sense of awareness and consciousness.
- Mantras: Chanting of sounds or words, often used to connect with the divine and help focus the mind.
- Mudras: Hand gestures that are used to facilitate the flow of energy in the body.
