Co-op Academy* Survey
*Program name still to be determined.

Welcome! The questions below will help Georgia Co-op Development Center (GCDC) and the Regenerate Atlanta Cooperative Loan Fund (RACLF) develop our 8 part (4 months, 2x/month) cohort training program designed for both startups and conversions, of potentially any revenue size/scale, industry, medium (brick and mortar and/or online platform) or ownership type (worker, producer, consumer, multistakeholder, etc.)

This should not take more than 15 minutes to complete. We expect this Academy will be free and the application process will be competitive. Stay tuned for more details for a launch this Fall, 2021.

Any entrepreneur interested in potentially participating in this academy is welcome to complete it.
