District 27 PTA STUDENT ELECTRONIC DIRECTORY FORM
The District 27 PTA uses DirectorySpot for its directory and grants access only to PTA members. All student names, grades, and schools are listed. All other information is optional - the school does not share your contact information with the directory.  We publish what you provide - provide as little or as much as you would like. If you provide your email address, it may be used in PTA notifications.  

As a reminder, previously submitted information will be used unless we are told otherwise.  Use this form for new students or to update student information.  

Please complete the form below, exactly as you would like it displayed in the District 27 DirectorySpot.  Only provide data you would like to be displayed.  Please list your pre-K Little Bulldog students and K-8th grade children.

To opt out of the electronic directory on DirectorySpot, select the Opt Out checkbox below and complete the student(s) first name, last name, and grade.  Opting Out means your child will still be listed in the directory (name, grade and teacher) but will not have any contact information displayed.
