EES Tech Issue Form

Please fill out this form if you are experiencing any trouble with an Ephesus Elementary device/technology and all of your troubleshooting efforts have been unsuccessful. This form is for both staff and families. If you have issues concerning technology for a student who attends another school, please reach out to their school or the district technology department.

The CHCCS Digital Tools Training Portal for Staff and Families ( is available as a resource. It includes device and quick start guides as well as tutorials that you can access at your convenience. If you would prefer to contact the district Tech Depot directly, call (919)967-8211 ext. 28333.
