Volunteer Application Form 
Dancing Family Festival is a Grassroots Festival that needs motivated, passionate and creative individuals like you to make it a reality. Volunteers are a core part of our organisation! 

The Festival will take place 3-5th of July 2025 at Three Pools Farm in South Wales. 

All Volunteer Roles Require a Deposit Payment (£110)  from which you will receive a 50% refund once you have completed your role during the festival. This will give you access to the 3 days of festival, the campsite, food and drink tokens. In exchange we will ask you to work 1-3 shifts (Total of 8-12 hours)  before, during or after the festival, depending on your role. 
Please note that some roles will, at your choice, involve more shifts/hours and you will then have the option of receiving a full refund of the deposit.
