By participating in any walking club activities organised by Ashton Central Mosque, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participation in walking activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, slips, falls, uneven terrain, adverse weather conditions, encounters with wildlife, traffic, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Ashton Central Mosque Walking Club activities, including the risk of injury, illness, disability, or death.

2. Personal Responsibility: I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during all walking club activities. I agree to: * Assess my own physical fitness and ensure I am adequately prepared for the planned walk. * Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the conditions. * Carry any necessary personal items, such as water, snacks, medication, and first-aid supplies. * Inform the walk leader of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect my participation. * Adhere to the instructions and guidance of the walk leader. * Be mindful of my surroundings and fellow participants.

3. Health and Medical Conditions: I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the walking club activities. If I have any medical conditions, allergies, or require specific medication, I agree to carry appropriate information and medication with me and inform the walk leader. Ashton Central Mosque is not responsible for providing medical assistance beyond basic first aid, if available.

4. Children and Minors: If I am participating with a minor, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for their safety, supervision, and conduct throughout the walking club activities. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

5. Property and Valuables: Ashton Central Mosque and its representatives are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property or valuables during walking club activities. I am solely responsible for the security of my belongings.

6. Release and Waiver of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Ashton Central Mosque Walking Club, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ashton Central Mosque, its trustees, employees, volunteers, agents, and walk leaders from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may be sustained by me or my property, while participating in any walking club activities, regardless of whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.

7. Photography and Media: I understand that photographs or videos may be taken during walking club activities for promotional or archival purposes by Ashton Central Mosque. If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will inform the walk leader.

8. Code of Conduct: I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and considerate manner towards other participants, the walk leader, and the general public. Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe may result in my exclusion from current and future walking club activities.

9. Changes and Cancellations: Ashton Central Mosque reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any walking club activity due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse weather conditions, or insufficient participation. Participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
