Dear Festival Vendor,
Thank you for your interest in being a part of Locust Street Festival, organized by the Garden Park Association. Please see below for the Rules & Guidelines as outlined by the Festival Committee.
Guidelines & Rules:
- Entrance fee is non-refundable; the festival is rain or shine.
- Set up starts at 8:00AM. Please be set up by 11:00AM. All vendors must stay open until 8:00PM.
- No cars will be permitted on the street after 10:00AM. Parking is available on nearby streets. Note: There is no parking on one side of the street until noon on the beer run streets. Parking on these streets before noon will result in your car being towed by the City of Milwaukee.
- All booths must display a sign with the name of the organization, business or person represented.
- Please only sell the items listed on your application.
- Please bring a garbage bag and try to keep your area clean during the festival.
- If you need power, please bring your own generator. The festival does not supply electricity.
- Vendors are not allowed to amplify music.
- We reserve the right to limit questionable merchandise.
Additional Food Vendor Guidelines
& Rules:
- Food vendors are required to obtain their own City of Milwaukee Health Department permits.
- Food vendors are required to bring a 30-gallon garbage container for their booth and are responsible for disposing of garbage at the end of the day in a dumpster.

Your cooperation with observing these guidelines is greatly appreciated. Booth operators or vendors found to be in violation of these guidelines will be asked to close down until satisfactory and continued compliance is assured. Non-compliance will result in permanent closure without a refund.
