You are invited to take part in Bath Neuro-hack Challenge, happening this September. 🧠🤖

~~What is it?~~
For the first time, University of Bath are hosting a three-day challenge event on Brain-Computer-Interfaces (BCI), where psychology meets tech. You will collaborate in an interdisciplinary team on an exciting BCI related project. Through this event you will receive presentations about cutting edge BCI research ongoing at Bath and beyond, learn BCI skillsets such as data gathering, pre-processing and classification techniques, and carry out your own BCI project in either the in-person or remote tracks.

~~In-Person Hardware Track~~
For this in-person hardware track, your team will be provided with BCI hardware. You will use this hardware to design and then develop a BCI system from start to finish. You will be based on University of Bath campus.

~~Remote Data-Analysis Track~~
This data-analysis track which can be participated in remotely. For this track, your team will be provided with a pre-gathered BCI dataset, which you will use to conduct data analysis. You and your team do not need to be co-located.

~~Who can participate?~~
Undergraduates, MScs, Postgraduates, PhD Students, Staff members. This event is open to anyone at the University of Bath. We are keen to get a diverse range of skillsets, though we expect this event to be of most interest to Psychologists, Engineers, Roboticists and Computer Scientists.
What do you need to do? - register your interest!
For now, all we need from you, is to know that you are interested! This is to ensure we get hold of enough BCI hardware kits, and so that we can keep you in the loop with all the updates. Please fill out this form. It is not official registration, just an expression of interest 🙂
