There is a lot that needs addressing in the news media industry. Wages, job security, near absence of social security among others are some of the vexed issues that have not been resolved for long. Through this questionnaire, an effort is being made to understand the perspective of working journalists on these and related issues. This is an academic research study undertaken by me for the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR).
