Membership Cancellation Request
Complete the form below to cancel your membership at the Northfield Area Family YMCA. (Only one request is needed for a Family membership). All membership cancellations will be processed within 3 - 5 business days. All membership cancellation requests will be set up to end on the last day of the month that this form was completed. Please note: All membership dues accrued on your active membership are your responsibility.

If you are terminating your membership for only a few months, an alternate option would be to place your membership on hold. This can be set up by submitting the Membership Hold Request Form.
