Anime Frontier 2021 Cosplay Photoshoot Application
We love cosplayers and want to make your experience at Anime Frontier even more memorable!

Want to stage a Dragon Ball brawl? Want a Sailor Moon reunion? Fill out our Official Meetup Application to have your cosplay meetup or photoshoot promoted by Anime Frontier! All our approved cosplay photoshoots are included our website, program guide, and app so cosplayers across Anime Frontier can attend!

Before you apply, please read all the information below…

1) If you’re submitting a cosplay photoshoot, it means you’re raising your hand to organize it. This submission form isn’t for general ideas. Instead, it’s for cosplayers or cosplay photographers who actively plan to lead their own meetup at this year’s Anime Frontier.

2) We have one official designated spot where all photoshoots/meetups will occur – the Fort Worth Water Gardens located next to the Fort Worth Convention Center. There is an officially approved area in the Water Gardens for group photoshoots at Anime Frontier, and if you’d like your meetup listed, you must gather cosplayers for it here. Once gathered, if you’d like to take photos elsewhere in the Water Gardens, that’s OK. If you plan on holding a photoshoot somewhere else, we sadly can’t officially list it.

After you submit your meetup, our team will review your application and reach out to you if we have any questions. Accepted meetups will typically be listed within 10 days of being submitted. If you have any questions, please contact info@animenyc.com.
