2023 Vendor - Exhibitor Application

Complete and submit this application by April 3, 2023. You will be notified by email once your application has been reviewed and accepted by the Festival's Organizing Committee. 

Payment
To confirm your participation and reserve your booth space, submit your payment prior to the event.
  • $100 - Business sponsor or food booth
  • $50 - For-profit information booth
  • $25 - Not-for-profit information booth
  • Free for school or class display/activity/Eco-Village

Accommodations
  • Each vendor/exhibitor will be entitled to one table and two chairs. 
  • Vendors may bring additional chairs and tables and  their own canopies. 
  • Electricity is provided for food vendors only. 
  • No generators will be allowed.
  • Any giveaways and food-ware you are planning on distributing should be recyclable or compostable.
