Survive and Thrive Interest Form
Boulder County will be using funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for the Survive and Thrive Grants to nonprofit and child care providers who are operating within Boulder County and who have experienced negative impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Survive and Thrive project will offer unrestricted funds to support nonprofit (501c3 and 501c19) and childcare providers serving children ages 0-5 (including unlicensed Family, Friend, and Neighbor providers) to stabilize their business conditions, workforce and operations.
