In the meantime, please run through the following troubleshooting steps, which may provide a solution to your tech challenge:

1. Restart your iPad (make sure it turns all the way off before turning back on).
2. Close all apps
3. Go to Self-Service and reinstall the application
4. Sign out of an application if it's not working, and sign back in.
5. Turn Wi-Fi off and then on by tapping Settings > Wi-Fi
6. Make sure that your iPad software is up to date. Settings > General > Software Update
