Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated individuals to join our team! As our Tele Collections Executive, you will be responsible for
- Reviewing the company debtor list
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments
- Negotiating suitable payment plans
- Maintaining customer payment records
- Responding to customer queries
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities are highly considered
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Preferably a minimum of 6 months experience in banking or collection Line of Business (LOB), with a preference for call-based experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a graduate and above from a UGC recognized university
- Flexibility with work hours is essential, given the target-oriented nature of the role
- Fundamental understanding of lending and recovery is necessary
- Adaptability to rotational offs is a must.
Note:
- This is a work from office opportunity with 6 days working
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills will also be considered
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
