11th Young Minds Leadership Meeting Application

Before filling out this form, keep in mind that the Meeting’s activities start at 8:00 am on Friday (19th May). To facilitate arrivals from other countries, we are going to provide two nights in the hostel: 18th and 19th of May. To avoid delays due to public transport, we will arrange a private bus to bring you from the hostel to the conference venue. We also planned a welcome social activity on Thursday (18th May) around 8:00 pm.

Since you will be sorted in different locations, a confermation email will be sent to you with the details of the structure you have been assigned to. 

The Leadership Meeting will include a poster session during which every and each section may present a poster on thier activities during the past year. Whether the poster content will be about a representative activity or about multiple activities will be communicated at a later stage. Therefore bringing a poster will imply to take an active role as a speaker throughout the session. Otherwise, you may attend it as a spectator. We suggest an A0 size for the poster. 

As you know, according to the EPS normative, free accommodation and a 100€ flight refund will be guaranteed to one representative per section only. In the following form we are going to refer to this person as "first representative". Nevertheless, we invite all the representatives to fill in the form anyway, even if the places for the second represantive are limited we might manage to refund part of their travel expenses (flight and/or accommodation). Everything will be clarified in the confirmation email.

For those interested, we have planned a guided tour of Naples on the afternoon of May 20th. If you want to participate, we recommend that you book a return flight that departs in the late evening (for example after 8pm) or, even better, the next day. 

In case you want to extend your journey, we will not take care of the expenses for the exceeding night, however we can put you in contact with the structures where you will be staying.
