You may submit one (1) piece no larger than 3′ x 3′. Each artist is required to complete an Artwork Intake form prior to dropping off work at City Hall. Please make sure your name and contact info is printed clearly and securely attached to the back of your artwork.
Work MUST have picture hangers or wires attached in order to hang from a picture rail system. No nails can be put into the walls. Wires work best for hanging level. Work submitted without mounting hardware or wires will not be hung. Staff at City Hall will not be responsible for adding mounting hardware on your work. All work must have some type of mounting, we cannot accept works on paper without a backer board of some type. Please consult firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about mounting your artwork.
Engine and City staff has the right to decline any work that does not comply with standards of ethics. Artwork will not be declined based on its artistic merit.
As policy, pricing cannot be included on the artwork but contact info may be included for interested parties to contact the artist directly.
