Seven youth basketball teams (male and female ranging from U-13 to U-19) will be travelling from Yellowknife to Edmonton on May 16, 2024 to participate in a long weekend tournament. The teams have made arrangements with Canadian North to provide a chartered aircraft to and from Edmonton for the event.
Since the aircraft is based in Edmonton, it is scheduled to fly without passengers from Edmonton to Yellowknife on May 16, 2024 before picking up our seven teams. It is also scheduled to fly without passengers when it travels back to Edmonton from Yellowknife after dropping us back off on May 20, 2024.
As a fundraiser for this upcoming trip, the airline has granted permission for us to sell seats (at a steep discount!) for those two flights without passengers. We will be selling a return trip for $400 total and one-way trips (YEG to YZF on May 16, 2024 or YZF to YEG on May 20, 2024) for $250 total. Details for those two flights can be found below:

To book a seat on one or both of these flights, please complete this Google Form in its entirety, and send either $250 or $400 by E-Transfer to michael.gibbins11@gmail.com by May 12, 2024. Your booking will not be complete until both of these requirements are met. All sales will be final and non-refundable after this point (May 12, 2024), but refundable up until that point. Information gathered will be collated and provided directly to the airline (which will then form the official manifest).
