Thanks to our generous sponsors, the organizers of No Time to Wait are able to offer travel grants to support participation in the No Time to Wait conference. This year we're offering two 250€ travel grants.
Applicants will complete this short application form on why they would like to attend NTTW8 for consideration for a travel grant. The applicant will also state what possible outcomes the conference will have on their professional development. The grant recipient is expected to contribute to the open dialogue around this conference and related topics by live-tweeting the symposium, writing a blog post after the symposium or volunteering at the conference, translating or subtitling the presentations.
Greater consideration will be given to applicants who belong to a group not well-represented in the symposium, including but not limited to: geography of primary residence, people of color, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+, women.
We will start considering applications and awarding travel grants on August 2rd, 2024.
Priority will be given to applicants that have not received a No Time to Wait travel grant before.
Thanks in particular to
MEMORIAV and No Time to Wait attendees for sponsoring these travel grants.
Also note that the Digital Preservation Outreach and Education Network offers those based in the United States and employed as library, archive, museum or cultural heritage professionals, professional development funds that may be used to support attendance at No Time to Wait, see

Sponsors for additional travel grants are welcome. If you'd like to support the conference in this way, please email our organizers at
