SHARE Kids’ Care Registration Form

Please submit this form to register your child for the 2023-2024 school year of SHARE Kids’ Care which runs August 28th through June 7th. Care is from 2:30-6:00pm daily with the exception of winter break, spring break, and Memorial Day. The parent handbook outlines all details associate with care including transportation. Please read the parent handbook before submitting a registration form. Student spots will be given in the order the forms are received and until we are full. At that point we will create a waiting list. You will receive an email letting you know if you have a saved spot or are on the waiting list. If you have a saved spot, you will need to pay the $75 non-refundable registration fee per child within 5 business days to secure your place for the 23-24 school year.
