Readercon program participant application/suggestion form
This form is for applying, or suggesting someone else, to be a program participant at Readercon. Our application cycle runs December 1 through November 30. Applications received by November 30, 2017 will be considered for Readercon 29 in 2018.

You can use this form to apply on your own behalf, or to suggest someone for us to invite. Feel free to suggest people you don't personally know; just tell us why you think they'd be an asset to Readercon. If you're suggesting someone you know, please get their permission BEFORE filling out this form. Even better, ask them to fill the form out themselves.

DO NOT provide someone else's email address, minority status, or other personal information without their explicit prior consent.

If you would like to submit an idea for a general-interest program item, please use the form at http://www.readercon.org/program/suggestion.htm. If you've already received an invitation to the upcoming Readercon and would like to propose a talk, reading, workshop, etc., please use the form at http://www.readercon.org/program/proposal.htm.

If you have any difficulty with this form or any questions about Readercon's program, please email program@readercon.org.
