The Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport, operated by the Roanoke Regional Airport Commission, is proud to engage with the regional community. 

ROA offers a limited number of Airport tours each year. Tours include educational tours geared toward middle and high school students with a focus on aviation-related careers and community group-oriented tours that spotlight Airport operations, construction and project updates, and an overview of how air service works.

- Tours are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis pending staff availability
- Tours are limited to 20 participants (including chaperones)
- Tours over 12 participants must provide their own licensed transportation
- Tours last 1-2 hours
- For student tours, there must be 1 chaperone for every 10 students
- Tours are subject to cancellation or change based upon flight schedules, weather, staffing availability, and other operational impacts
