The Grievance Redressal Cell in our college is constituted to address the genuine complaints and issues of students.


1.     To facilitate an environment where students can express their complaints and issues in academic and non-academic
2. To obtain suggestions for improvement from student community.
3. To have a monitoring system to address the students grievances.


1 Students can voice their grievances of common interest at individual and class level.
2 Complaints on alleged discrimination of students regarding caste, gender, minority or disability will also be treated.
3 Student grievances at the department level will be redressed by the concerned class counsellors/Mentor/Course
        Coordinator and Head of the Department.
4 If the student is unsatisfied with the solutions at the department level, then the same can be escalated to the Head of
        the Institution/College Level Committee.
5 The cell assures that the complaints of the students will be verified, canned and redressed with confidentiality within a
         reasonable time.
6 Students can
         i. register oral complaints at department level and college level
         ii. drop in suggestion boxes kept in every building
         iii. send e-mail to

7 Issues and complaints on sexual harassment and victimisation can also be provided by students.
