Competing Juveniles Waiting List Questionnaire
THIS SECTION IS FOR CHILDREN AGED 8 AND OVER WHO ARE INTERESTED IN COMPETING IN ATHLETICS COMPETITIONS. IF YOUR CHILD IS YOUNGER THAN 8 THEN PLEASE CLOSE THIS FORM AND USE THE FORM FOR LITTLE ATHLETICS.

Please complete the following form for any athlete that you wish to add to the Lucan Harriers AC Juvenile (Competing) waiting list.  If you have more than one child who wishes to join complete a form for each.  You will receive email confirmation of your entry after you submit the form.

We can only accept athletes on a trial.  When a space becomes available in your athlete's age grouping, athletes at the top of the waiting list will be invited to attend for 2 consecutive training sessions.  At the final trial session parents, coaches, and athletes must decide if the athlete is going to join the club and complete a registration process within a couple of days.
