We are looking for about a dozen amazing volunteers that will be able to help out on the date for a few hours.

Book Fair Hamilton
- Saturday, Dec 5: Hamilton Convention Center
- 1 Summers Ln, Hamilton
What some responsibilities will be for Book Fairs: - Door duty: Letting people in and getting a head count.
- Registration Table Duty
- Lunch breaks: Helping authors and vendors during a 1/2 hour break and watching their table if needed
- Passing out water and making sure authors/vendors get some washroom breaks
- Passing out lunch menu options to authors/vendors
- Help authors/vendors set up and tear down if needed.
- Lunch is provided if you are there the whole day
What some responsibilities will be for the Fantasy Ball (looking for three):
- Come early and set up room early with us
- Welcome guests as they come to the event
- Set up Craft Section & replenish throughout the night
- Take photos for guests at the photo wall
- Dinner and Dance included! (Cash bar)
