Medical & Liability Release

I have read and approved the information provided. I give permission for my child to attend Hope Kids Camp and participate in all camp activities.

I acknowledge that, while every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, participation in camp activities may involve certain risks. By allowing my child to attend, I accept these risks and release Good Hope Christian Centre, along with its staff and volunteer team, from liability related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the course of the camp programme.

I understand that the term “camp counsellor” refers to a person responsible for supervising and caring for a group of children at camp and does not indicate that the individual is a licensed professional counsellor.

I grant permission for Good Hope Christian Centre and its ministries to use photographs or video footage of my child for communication, promotional, and ministry purposes, without expectation of compensation.

In the event that I cannot be reached, I authorise camp staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for my child if necessary. I also give permission for camp personnel to check my child’s belongings to ensure no prohibited or unsafe items are brought onto camp.
