The objective of this form is to capture details of an upcoming contract or synthetic asset you or your team plan to launch on UMA.  

This will be used by Risk Labs to configure developer mining payouts (if applicable), deploy additional bots on your contract, and to provide other additional support needed over the life of the contract.
