PAYMENT IS THE FINAL STEP OF REGISTRATION
Payment is required to secure your dancer(s) spot in camp. Camps not reaching minimum enrollment (5 students) may be cancelled. If camps or portions of any camp are cancelled for any reason by Ballet Aligned, registrants will receive a full refund for all or any portion of the camp not offered. After May 15, students withdrawing from any camp will only receive a 50% refund.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS INCLUDE CHECK, PAYPAL (Credit Card), OR VENMO. Paypal and Venmo have a $7 convenience fee added to the total. An invoice will be generated from this registration form. If you do not pay using the link provided, an additional $5 service fee may be added. Please ensure we have the information for the accounts you will be using to pay below.
If you pay by check, INCLUDE THE DANCER'S NAME(S) AND CAMP NAME(S) IN THE MEMO OF THE CHECK.
Please remember it it your payment that reserves your spot in the camp. Checks must received to register. If your dancer is enrolled in classes this spring, he/she may bring them to class. Or you may mail checks to Ballet Aligned, 1115 N. 200 E. #320, Logan, UT 84341.
