CRRC Volunteer Request Form
This form is for educators who would like to have a volunteer subject matter expert speak to their class about the urban heat island effect and cool surfaces.
The CRRC has many stakeholders that are experts on the topics covered in the Cool Surfaces Lesson Plan. We are pleased to offer the opportunity for teachers to work directly with volunteers that are interested in giving in-person or virtual guest lectures related to these topics.
The CRRC cannot guarantee that a volunteer will be available in-person or virtually, as participation is contingent on stakeholder interest, location, and availability. However, we will strive to match you with an interested volunteer.

Once matched with a volunteer by the CRRC, it is my responsibility to work directly with the volunteer to provide any additional details and requirements, including scheduling and facilitation of the guest lecture. I will strive to promptly respond to any communications from the selected volunteer.
Although the CRRC is facilitating this volunteer opportunity, the volunteers represent themselves and their employers. They are not employees of or spokespeople for the CRRC organization.
