DISCLAIMER: By submitting this application, my parents and I understand and agree that if I am chosen to represent Maci Mae Photography as a member of the Senior Rep Program for Class of 2021, I will contractually agree that I will NOT have my pictures taken by any other photographer (professional or amateur) for the purpose of senior portraits for the duration of the program (with the exception of a school required yearbook photo). I understand that my parents and I will be required to sign a contract outlining the terms and conditions of the Senior Rep Program. I also understand that this application will be reviewed by Maci Mae Photography and is not a guaranteed acceptance into the Senior Rep Program.
