TONYC is thrilled to announce a $50,000 Relief Fund in support of our Actor and Joker community during this extraordinary time. All eligible applicants will receive support through this fund and will not need to qualify or quantify their need. The amount will depend on how many people apply and will not exceed $500 per person.

Eligibility:

- Anyone who has participated in TONYC as an Actor or Joker in the past 3 years and received a stipend or pay, current salaried office staff are not included

- Families of actors who have passed away in the past 3 years.

- Former Actors and Jokers who have not participated in a troupe in the past three years, but who have been a volunteer, part of the Front of House Team, a Creative Advocacy Delegate, or attended a Community Jam or Actors Advisory meeting in the past three years.

There will only be one deadline for all applications. Funds will not be distributed until after the application is closed.

Applications are due by 11:59 pm on Monday, September 7, 2020.

Applicants will be notified by September 25th and payments will be sent out/ready by October 6, 2020.

Solicitud del Fondo de Ayuda TONYC 2020

TONYC se complace en anunciar un Fondo de ayuda de $50,000 en apoyo de nuestra comunidad de actores y Jokers durante este tiempo extraordinario. Todos los solicitantes que cumplan los requisitos recibirán apoyo a través de este fondo y no necesitarán calificar o cuantificar su necesidad. La cantidad dependerá de cuántas personas soliciten y no excederá los $500 por persona.

Requisitos:

- Ser una persona que haya participado en TONYC como Actor o Joker en los últimos 3 años y haya recibido un estipendio o pago. (Los empleados actuales de la oficina con salario no están incluidos.)

- Familias de actores fallecidos en los últimos 3 años.

- Los ex actores y Jokers que no han participado en una compañía en los últimos tres años, pero que han sido voluntarios, parte del equipo de apoyo en el teatro (Front of House Team), un Delegado de Defensa Creativa (Creative Advocacy Delegate), asistieron a una reunión de Community Jam o Actors Advisory en los últimos tres años.

Habrá una misma fecha límite para todas las solicitudes. Los fondos no se distribuirán hasta después de que se cierre la solicitud.

Las solicitudes deben entregarse antes de las 11:59 pm del Lunes 7 de Septiembre del 2020.

Los solicitantes serán notificados antes del 25 de Septiembre y los pagos serán enviados / estarán listos antes del 6 de Octubre del 2020.
