LEAP Preschool Teaching Assistant Application
Volunteer teaching assistants are a vital part of our program at Nuestra Escuelita. We ask teaching assistants to agree to come on one morning each week; this consistency enables our children to get to know the volunteers. Teaching assistants help prepare the children's snack and clean up the classroom - and PLAY with our children inside and out. It is NOT necessary to speak Spanish. It is necessary to enjoy children and appreciate our commitment to following the research which says young children learn best through play!
