We embrace all families and welcome you to join us during your pregnancy and up to 5 years after your last child was born. Postpartum Support Center offers several different programs and we ask you to submit the appropriate form based on your needs.

All our programs are FREE of charge for perinatal population of Marin and Sonoma Counties.

EMOTIONAL PEER SUPPORT SERVICES
YOU ARE NOT ALONE, DEAR MAMA!

Do you feel overwhelmed and exhausted? Do you feel like nobody understands what are you going through? Mama, we've been there, we know the struggle, we know the sleepless nights, the confusion, the arguments, the lack of support, we've lived through all of it, and more. We also recovered and feel much better, and you will too!

We offer direct peer support to every parent via Support Line, Support Groups and Individual Counseling.

SUPPORT LINE: (415) 320-6707 - Call or text 7 days a week. Do you need someone to talk to who understand the struggle without judgement? Do you need more information on maternal mental health or any of the programs, or perhaps you need community resources, or referrals to local providers? Call or text us - we are here for you.

ROSE - POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION PREVENTION PROGRAM
Are you pregnant and would like to be better prepared for the postpartum period? Are you at risk of developing postpartum depression?

The ROSE Program (Reach Out, Stay Strong, Essentials for new mothers), is an evidence-based program that will teach you skills, and provide information and resources that you need to lower the risk of postpartum depression as you navigate your (new) role as a mother. Whether you are at risk for PPD or not, the ROSE program will prepare you for the emotional and physical roller coaster that comes with having a baby (whether it's your first or fifth child).

MARIN DIAPER BANK - DO YOU NEED DIAPERS AND OTHER BABY SUPPLIES?
Please use the forms/links below to submit your request to the Marin Diaper Bank. We distribute diapers and baby supplies every 3rd Saturday of the month. You will receive an email with the exact date, time, and location for pick up prior to the distribution date. You will have to fill out the form for each month you need supplies.
