Thank you for your interest in reserving a Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee (GSMIDTN) property. GSMIDTN offers reservations on our properties for non-Girl Scout groups for events including company meetings, retreats, family reunions, and more. GSMIDTN's priority is to rent our properties to groups that align with our mission and values.

If you are interested in reserving, please complete the form below with as much information as possible. After submitting your inquiry, you will be contacted within 3-5 business days with more information. Prices are set as listed on the Outside Group page of our website.

Our property reservations are for facilities rentals only, but outdoor programs may be added with additional fees. We accept property reservations no earlier than 90 days in advance, and all reservations are first come, first serve. Please note that that our properties reserve quickly, and availability may be limited.
