SJSL Referee Comment Form
This is a voluntary process that replaces the mandatory reporting program. Our member clubs voted overwhelmingly at the May 2019 SJSL General Membership meeting to switch to a more voluntary process, while recognizing the inherent reporting deficiencies in such a process.
This application should be completed if you think that the league should be informed of either a good or a bad experience that you/your team had with a referee or referee crew officiating one of our league games. SJSL is interested in learning of both positive and negative experiences. Comments should preferably be submitted within five (5) days of the game in question.
SJSL will also continue to follow our past practice in requesting that serious concerns be emailed promptly and directly to the league president at rco@sjsl.org
