OID staff are continuously monitoring water consumption based on both the number of persons using water, as well as the number of residential units that are supplied with water. Accurately knowing how many residential units there are within the OID provides us with a good understanding of water consumption per residential unit compared to National and Provincial averages. This information can then be used when accessing funding for distribution system improvements and to better understand water demand for domestic (in home) purposes.

Please provide the OID with current information so we may serve you better. If you have a multi-family residence, please provide information for each residential unit. Contact information of rental tenants will only be used in case of emergency.
