2022 West Side Farmers Market Application
WE STILL HAVE AVAILABILITY FOR VENDORS THIS SEASON

We will have 2 deadlines again this year:

* March 1, 2022: Full time vendors and July-October Farmers only will be considered at this time. If you know you want to apply, but don't fit those categories, please submit your application early it will help us plan.

Round 1 applicants will be informed of their status by March 7, 2022 and must pay vendor fees in full by April 1, 2022 to secure their spot.

* April 1, 2022: All applicants.

Round 2 applicants will be informed of their status by April 7, 2022.

This form will be checked weekly until May 15. After that, please contact us directly (info@westsidefarmersmarket.net) to let us know you have submitted an application. Late applications will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

We don't know what the safety protocols for COVID will be in the 2022 season, but will continue to follow best practices and government recommendations to keep us all safe.

15-market flex package: $190
10-Market flex package:$140
5-Market flex package: $75
Single-Day with your own tent and table: $15
Single-Day using WSFM tent and table and liability insurance: $25
Daily equipment rental (limited availability table and tents only): $5/item

mid-May - afternoon preseason event @ Bootstrap Coffee Roasters  (not part of full time package)
June 4 - October 8 - Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm in Icy Cup parking lot 63 George St W, St Paul, MN 55107
October 22 - afternoon Pumpkin Patch market at Bootstrap Coffee Roasters (included in full time package)
