2025 北加州华体会第四届广场舞比赛和表演报名表（NCCCAF's 4th Square Dance Competition and Performance Registration）
  • 入场式（Opening Ceremony）：  9 - 10:30am, Aug. 2nd 2025
  • 比赛&表演（Competition&Performance）：11:30am - 4pm，First competition then performance

  • 舞队的人数（# of members in each dance team）：不少于5 人/舞队，多不封顶

参赛舞蹈和表演舞蹈的要求（ Requirements for dance teams ）：
  1. 凡适合广场健身的舞类，操类，徒手，持轻器械的舞类，操类。(All dances, exercises, freehand and light equipment dances and exercises suitable for square fitness.）
  2. 首次参加华体会的舞蹈作品。（Dance work is the first time to participate in NCCCAF.）
  3. 从音乐前奏开始至舞蹈结束，共3-5分钟。(From the beginning of the music intro to the end of the dance, it lasts 3-5 minutes.)
舞队可以既参赛又参演，多选项（Multiple choices） *

报名注意事项（Registration highlights）：
  1. 一个舞队可以同时√选参赛和参演。
  2. 舞队人数不少于5人，族裔，年龄，性别不限。
  3. 每名队员只能代表一个舞队参赛参演。
  4. 上报一个参赛作品，或和，上报1-2个参演作品，优先表演的作品写在前面。
  5. 各队需推送1名裁判，注明裁判，可以是队长，也可以是队员，一旦成为裁判，将不再参赛参演。
  6. 如队员人数或人员有变，至少提前3个工作日向联系人报备。
  7. 报名时间截止后，将会在“2025华体会广场舞参赛队长群”公布所有参赛和参演的舞队名字。
  8. 每个舞队推送1-2名义工，可以是队员，也可以是队员家属，义工不参赛不参演。远程来的舞队不需要推送义工。义工也将被邀请进“2025华体会广场舞参赛队长群”。义工将参与赛前8月1日的场地工作以及8月2日比赛当日的各个环节流程的工作。

报名的舞队填写格式：按队长，裁判，义工，参赛，参演顺序填写，队员名字之间用逗号。已在参赛队长群的队长可以不用注联系方式。既参赛又参演的队员名字，写在参赛行。举例：队员乐乐既参赛也参演，写在参赛里，欢欢参赛，写在参赛里，队员亮亮，月月，星星只参演，写在参演里。原则是，名字只写一次。
填写格式：队长：阳阳（电话或微信），裁判：圆圆，义工：圆圆妈，阳阳老公，参赛：乐乐 ，欢欢，参演：亮亮，月月，星星
本次活动将设有一等奖2名，二等奖4名，其余舞队均获三等奖，每个舞队发放华体会奖杯1个。参赛和参演的队员均获参赛和参演的证书1张。舞队们将获得湾区各类演出的机会。（This event will have 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, and the rest will win third prizes. Each dance team will be awarded a NCCCAF trophy. All participating members will receive a certificate of competition or performance. The participating teams will have the opportunities to perform in various performances in the Bay Area.）
