Middle School student workouts will be held Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.

High School students will workout from 6:00am-9:00. Middle School students will workout in 1 hour timeslots from 9:00am to 11:00am.

Middle school student workouts will be held Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.
