CDA 2019 Fall Banquet
Reservation may be made by ticket or table. Each table has 8 seats to invite guests. If you need help filling your table please indicate below. All payments must be made out to "Coram Deo Academy" and turned into the office no later than October 26th, 2018. Monies remaining after the cost of the event will go toward resources for Coram Deo Academy.

Title Sponsor $3,000 (1 available)– 3 Tables (24 ticket), company name on table, company name in program, recognition from MC
Gold Sponsor $2,000 (no limit)– 2 Tables (16 tickets), company name on table, company name in program, recognition from MC
Table Sponsor $1,000 (no limit)– 1 Table (8 tickets), company name on table and company name in program
I need help filling my table
I (or one of my guests) has a dietary restriction and need a gluten/dairy free meal
I am unable to attend but would like to make a donation to help make Classical Christian Education more accessible to families.
