CozyCon Talent Show - September 2022
All PG/General Audience forms of performance and talent welcome! Some ideas include dancing, singing, playing an instrument, doing a magic trick or a short skit, among others.

All acts must be family friendly (clean versions of songs, etc), submitted as a video and credit those involved (like who made music you use, who made costumes if applicable, any other people in the video, etc).

You may fill out this form before your video is completed, and submit the video later. Submission deadline can be flexible if needed.

Rules/guidelines for submission
Please keep everything PG-13, no suggestive or adult content.
Make sure everyone is credited, either in your video, or in this form.
Please record videos in 1920x1080 resolution if possible.
Be aware of photosensitive individuals, and avoid fast strobe lights.
Please submit edited videos if you need audio or effects added. I will add fade in and fade out, but anything else should be done already so I can add it to a compilation.
All participants must be 18 or older.
