UUCF Religious Exploration Program 2024-25
Welcome to our Religious Exploration Program at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Fullerton! This form must be completed before your youth can be enrolled in our program. It is needed to plan and implement the best and safest possible experiences for our kids.
This form is used to register all members of the family for children's classes and activities for all ages, including:
- Children's RE Classes (ages 0 - grade 6)
- YoUUth Group (Grades 7-12)
For parents registering for YoUUth group: this registration includes our Permission Slip for activities outside of just Sunday morning classes.
Registration must be completed or updated each year.
