Manager Meet Up + Round Tables
You're invited!

Our goal with this Meet Up is to allow PYOP studio managers and staff at all levels a chance to connect with others in their shoes. Running a PYOP studio comes with all sorts of unique opportunities and challenges, but one of the best parts of our industry is that everyone is so friendly and willing to help! We hope you use this opportunity to network and collaborate with your colleagues.

This event will be informal, but loosely structured. The focus will be connecting at Round Tables based on management topics. Tentative topics will be listed below.

Feel free to BYOB and be prepared to make a new friend!

Who: This meet up is intended for managers + staff, however owners and owner/managers are still welcome to attend! Owners will have a table to network at and discuss relevant topics separately.

Please share and complete one RSVP form per attendee.

We will have the room for about 90 minutes-- you are welcome to stay as long or as little as you like.

Discussion Topics for Round Tables
Our goal is to help connect PYOP managers and staff. We want to empower them to reach out to others if they need help, guidance, or just want another brain to work through a sticking point.

These are the tentative table topics for our Manager Meet Up. If you have specific questions, resources, or pain points you’d like to discuss or share, please list them in appropriate topic below. We’ll use these as conversation starters at the different tables.

Please note: these responses will be kept anonymous and only used to help inspire conversation at tables.

OWNER TABLE: A bit of all of the above
This table is intended for owners to chat/network! Owners who have a manager/team leads, who are hoping to hire one, or are interested in managing from an owners perspective (ie: managing a manager) are welcome!

Discussion will be driven by attendees, but could include:
- How do you foster a good relationship with clear communication and boundaries?
- What tasks do you have your manager do?
- How did you find your manager?
- How do you develop your team's leadership/management skills?
