OIYPP Application Guidelines
With roots in Indigenous thought, teachings, and vision. This partnership exists with a desire to take action to enable environmental, social, cultural, spiritual and physical wellbeing. The purpose of this partnership is:
• to partner with passionate and committed Indigenous youth;
• to provide financial grants, mentorship, training and support;
• to develop mutual learning opportunities; and
• to strengthen community, resources, networks and understanding.

Checklist of project eligibility:
Led by passionate and committed Indigenous youth in Ontario
Supported by a community mentor (or willing to find one)
Will benefit a community or communities in Ontario
Additional project requirements (apply even if these are not secured!):
Has a charitable organization willing to administer the funds (if you don’t have one, apply anyways! OIYPP may be able to assist in finding a partner organization)
You are willing to participate in OIYPP’s Annual Gathering to meet, connect and learn from other OIYPP youth led projects, OIYPP Advisors and OIYPP Supporters (July 13 – 16, 2020)
Willing to participate in follow-up calls, interviews, and share learnings with OIYPP
